Before Co-founding Virtual Logic Systems, Sudarshan was the one of the key members of the Virtual Reality Lab at IRIS, DRDO Bangalore where he started his career as a scientist in the field of Virtual Reality, studying the various methods and means of delivering immersive 3D environments to the viewer, and worked there for several years. He has immense experience and expertise in the field of Virtual Reality and related application areas, and is to be considered as one of the experts in the country in the technology domain.
Born on 14th of July 1979 in Bangalore, Karnataka, he completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from B.M.S college of Engineering, Bangalore.
Prior to joining Virtual Logic Systems, BVL Rao has worked as the GM operations at Electrex India Ltd and Sr. Manager Logistics at Bosch Power Tools, India. He was the all India logistics manager in charge of 24 ware house operations for Bosch, India - Power Tools division. He has been a Champion for Six Sigma at Bosch, India and a Member of VAT committee for MICO. He was a core team member responsible for engineering planning and manufacturing of Bosch Power Tools in India. He is a Champion of Quality having worked in their Quality control department, in charge of customer complaints, product testing, inspection layouts etc. for inline pumps. Over his 25 years at Bosch, he has developed significant expertise at Demand forecasting for after market of products, Estimation & Business Planning, distribution for products & spare parts to all India sales network from plants. He has also worked in many countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Singapore and Malaysia.
Born on the 1st of April 1954 in Bangalore, Karnataka, he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore and MBA in marketing from Bangalore University. Since becoming a part of the executive team at Virtual Logic Systems, he has had tremendous influence in shaping the goals of the organization and bringing them to fruitition.
Surya Prakash was an Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd before Co-founding Virtual logic Systems. He was involved in the design and development of Automotive seating systems for global market leaders in automotive systems, facility management and control, at Infosys.
He has worked in challenging environments in both India and the USA during his tenure at Infosys and brings to the company a great deal of knowledge about systems and processes, which drives an organization, apart from his technical knowledge.
Born on the 4th of December 1979 in Bangalore, Karnataka, he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from B.M.S College of Engineering, Bangalore.
Prior to joining Virtual Logic Systems, Dr. Srikanth has worked as VP Clinical Operations, Triesta Sciences and Head of Operations Jubilee Roentgen Health Shield (P) Ltd. As the head of clinical operations at Triesta he has built and led a large group of people including CRAs, MSWs and medical monitors to conduct research / studies - both in Retrospective and Prospective settings. At Jubilee Roentgen, an insurance intermediary start-up, his responsibilities lay in establishing claim-processing systems, marketing strategy and promoting the same with individuals and corporate. He was also instrumental in starting their entire operations and had started a unique lifetime healthcare plan, which covered 1000 individuals and 6 Corporate - coverage of around 20,000 people.
Born on the 21st of November 1963 in Bangalore, Karnataka, he completed his MBBS from Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore and holds a Diploma in Forensic Medicine from the prestigious Bangalore Medical College. He is a life member of the Indian Medical Association and Karnataka Medico legal Society. Dr. Srikanth brings with him an immense experience of operations, team building, employee training and motivational skills and since becoming a part of the executive team at Virtual Logic Systems, he has had tremendous influence in shaping the goals of the organization.
